What should Liverpool do about Andy Robertson?
The Scot's form has been patchy so far this season, but Arne Slot has options to eke out improvement.
It feels unfair to highlight any negatives after Liverpool moved seven points clear at the top of the Premier League with a largely dominant win over Leicester City on Boxing Day.
And yet it is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore that, even as all comers are being swept aside this term, a familiar problem continues to rear its head.
We are talking, of course, about Andy Robertson, a fine servant who even the most loyal supporters must acknowledge is struggling to find his best this season.
Back in early November, Arne Slot put the Scot’s patchy form down to the fact that his pre-season had been severely disrupted by an injury picked up on international duty.
Unfortunately, we are now nearing the end of December and the same issues appear to be persisting.
Against Leicester last night, Robertson ended up in this position - facing entirely the wrong way - as Jordan Ayew turned home a sixth-minute goal that teed up a trickier night than had been expected.
