What will Liverpool's summer window look like?

The Reds have kept their powder dry in January but external factors could dictate that they are busy when the next window rolls around.

It did not take long following the closure of a quiet January window for promises of Liverpool going big in the summer to surface.

But, as ever, the Reds’ transfer policy won’t be dictated by external pressure to spend, only by what it is felt is needed to strengthen.

And quite what that will be when the next window comes around is trickier to predict than ever.

The one obvious area for improvement understood to be being targeted is left-back, where Andy Robertson is beginning to look less capable of producing his best form three times a week and perhaps better suited to the back-up role currently occupied by Kostas Tsimikas.

There is well-documented interest in Bournemouth’s Milos Kerkez, though Girona’s Miguel Gutierrez has also been watched closely.
